Thursday October 7:
Check-in begins in the registration room at 10am October 7, 2010.
Hospitality suite will be open till 10 pm.
Evening Reception is from 5pm - 7pm in the Hospitality Suite and will have light appetizers
and drinks served.
Friday October 8:
Hospitality suite will be open 8 am - 10pm
Association Business Meeting will be held in the Hospitality suite from 8:30am to 9:45am.
City Tour: Bus will leave hotel 10am and return about 3pm.
Dinner Cruise bus leave hotel about 6pm and return about 10pm.
Saturday October 9:
No planned activities, this is an open day to do what you want.
Hospitality Suite will be open 8am - 10pm
Social Hour with Cash Bar from 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Dinner Banquet will be in the hotel from 6:30pm - 9 pm.
Sunday October 10:
Reunion Concludes; Hospitality suite will be open till 2 pm.
Breakfast will be served in the
Hospitality Suite on Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 8-10am each day.
Please remember the annual Auction to be held during the Banquet

Optional City Tour & Luncheon:
Enjoy the best of San Diego - this tour includes the beauty of Coronado, the history of
Balboa Park and the modern elegance of the Gaslamp Quarter with its renovated buildings from the late 1800's. A one-hour stop at beautiful Seaport Village provides your group with an opportunity to explore and
browse on foot. You will then proceed on a scenic route to Shelter Island for a delicious harbor-side luncheon complete with dessert, coffee and a million dollar view.

Optional Tour Harbor Dinner Cruise:
This fun evening consists of a 2 1/2 hour dinner cruise! The menu
includes a choice of one of the following entrees: steak, chicken, or salmon. Dinner also includes salad, rice or potatoes, vegetables, rolls and butter. Proceeded with a decadent dessert and coffee. Following
dinner, enjoy music, with dancing, or stroll under the stars on the top deck.
